If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return all products for a full refund within 60 days from the date you received your order.

Return in physical store:
For our Swedish and Norwegian customers, it is possible to return your webshop order at one of our physical stores. Please bring the items you wish to return along with your completed return form and shipping document to complete the return in store.Return by mail:
To initiate a return, please fill in the return form included in your package and include it with your items. Use the prepaid return shipping label included in the delivery. If it is missing, please contact us via our contact form, and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.
Please note that to ensure your return is processed correctly, you must always use the prepaid return label provided by us. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for returns sent in any other way or that are not delivered correctly to us.
Please note that we only offer returns via Bring and PostNord.
If your order was delivered by Bring, the included return label is intended for Bring and should be used accordingly.
For all other delivery methods, you will have received a PostNord return label, and the return should be dropped off at a PostNord service point.
Returns from other European countries:
To initiate a return and receive a prepaid return shipping label, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will promptly send you a prepaid return shipping label by email. Please note that all returns from abroad are handled via UPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to create returns with any other shipping provider.
