If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any product for a full refund within 60 days of the date you received your order.
For Swedish and Norwegian returns:
To initiate a return, please complete the return document provided in the package and include it with your items. Use the prepaid return label included in the delivery. If this is missing, please contact us via our contact form and we will send you a prepaid return lable by email.
For other returns:
To initiate a return and get a prepaid return label, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and reason for the return. We will quickly send you a prepaid return lable via email. Please note that all our returns are handled through UPS. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to create returns with any other delivery service.

You can also return products purchased from our webshop in one of our physical stores (does not apply to franchise stores)
