It is free of charge to return an item.
Please use the prepaid return label that was sent with your delivery (Sweden and Norway only) or contact us by our contact form with your order number and reason for the return. We will quickly send you a prepaid return label via email. Please note that all Swedish returns are handled via Bring or PostNord, depending on how your order was delivered.
If you require a return label from us, it will be with PostNord.
For Norway, returns are handled through Bring or PostNord, depending on the delivery method.
For all other European countries, we only offer returns through UPS.
Please note that to ensure your return is processed correctly, you must always use the prepaid return label provided by us. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for returns sent in any other way or that are not delivered correctly to us.
