Returns without contact:
If a package is returned to our warehouse without you contacting us first, it will be handled as a return. This means the items will be registered as received, the payment will be refunded according to our return policy, and the order will be closed. We recommend that you always contact our customer service if you cannot pick up your package or if you have not received a notification from the carrier. Once a package has been processed as a return, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to the order.
