We at Lexington are proud to offer high quality products. We are confident that our products meet the highest standards. If, despite this, a product turns out to have a manufacturing or material defect, we offer you a right of complaint for 3 years from the date of purchase. This right of complaint only applies to goods that have been purchased from us and does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by external factors.
Online orders
If you discover a fault with a product, please contact us as soon as possible. The complaint should be made within a reasonable time from when the fault was discovered. To facilitate the handling of the complaint, please include the following information:
- Order number (if you have purchased online)
- Product name and description
- A detailed description of the error
- Any pictures that clearly show the fault
If your complaint is approved, we offer either to refund the total amount or to replace the product with a new one. The choice depends on what has been agreed with customer service.
Store purchases
If you have purchased the product in one of our stores, we will refer you back there in the first instance. Our knowledgeable employees in the store will be happy to help you with your complaint.
Purchased from reseller
If you have purchased the product from an authorized reseller, the complaint must be made with them. Please contact the reseller for information on their complaints policy and process.
